CANCELLATION Policy
Cancellation policy & Refund policy depends on hotel, resort, and transportation where the reservation has been made and it varies from hotel to a hotel and transportation and actors such as the seasonality during between the date of cancelation. Perfect choice holidays will charge processing fees of 10% in case of cancellation/ Amendments. Given below is the cancellations policy.
- 10% of full tour cost - 45 days prior to arrival.
- 25% of full tour cost - 30 days prior to arrival.
- 50% of full tour cost - between 15 & 29 days prior to tour.
- 75% of full tour cost - between 14 & 7 days prior to tour.
- 100% - within 7 days prior to tour.
Note:Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday). For the X- mas and New Year period from 15 Dec to 10 Jan the payment is non-refundable. In case you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
